Nopales, Oak, and Ferns - the flora of places I have rooted in, uprooted from, and grown. Hailing from Brownsville, TX, a latinx-majority border-town, I slowly found my talents within architecture, my conscience in social responsibility and my joy through art. After completing a B.Arch at Rice University in Houston, TX, I had my first full-time internship at NBBJ, forever sealing my fate to the Pacific Northwest. I now work with a small 0-person design firm in Pioneer Square. While architecture happens with every mouse click, trace paper crumble, and tak-tak of keyboard, I am also refining my art, my activism, and my many crafts.
When I'm not doing design, I live for foggy summers, biking, RPGs, puzzles and bare feet.
